Course content
The Pivotal e-Learning platform (eLP) programme and resources have been specifically designed to guide your learning and interaction. It is anticipated that you should be able to complete the online programme over a period of 15 hours. The programme is designed to be completed in stages and follows a methodical format. We recommend that you complete the programme in a minimum of two sittings over a period of at least four weeks, to get the most out of it. Once completed, you will be able to revisit specific sections, as and when required, instead of having to follow the original flow.

The online learning tools provided within the Pivotal eLP are designed to prepare you for the two face-to-face teaching days included in each course.

These tools and resources available within the eLP are provided for individual use, and should not be shared or circulated with third parties without express written permission from Pivotal Healthcare Education Ltd.
Course fees
The course fees are £375 per person and include access to the eLP and attendance at the two teaching days. Payment should be made in full at least 6 weeks before the course start date to secure a place on the course. Failure to make payment within this time frame will result in you being deferred to the next available course.
Upon full payment of the course fees, you will be provided with access to the eLP and your place on a course will be secured.
You will be required to cover any travel and accommodation costs associated with your attendance at the two the teaching days. Refreshments and lunch will be provided free of charge.
There is a 48 hour cooling off period. Course fees are non-refundable after the cooling off period. Under exceptional circumstances, attendance can be deferred. Should you wish to defer attendance, please contact our admin team.
